Who?

Nick was an athlete at a young age. Born and raised in Syracuse, New York, fitness has always been a big part of Nick’s life. Playing a variety of sports when he was younger and getting even more serious after competing in the CrossFit regionals in 2014, nick decided to turn his passion for health and wellness to better enrich the lives of others.

In 2016 Nick opened CrossFit 561. From this he has been able to optimize and improve the overall health and success of so many of his clients. Vitamin P Wellness has been a convenient and extremely effective tool for those that may be apprehensive about starting a gym regiment. Keeping an active lifestyle and nourishing your body with the proper nutrients is what Nick helps his clients keep into accountability.

Vitamin P Fitness is for anybody that is ready to WORK towards their health, wellness, and fitness goals. There are no fad diets or quick fixes. We know life is very busy and we help create solid habits and custom plans that can be integrated into daily life.

When?

All the time. Part of our mission is to bring conscious thought to what we eat and how we move every day until this practice becomes habit. Our success is measured only by our ability to gradually incorporate these lifestyle changes into your schedule.

How?

Nutrition: Our system offers proven strategies that will help create healthy eating habits. This is a 52-week program that provides daily lessons and weekly habits. The habits start easy and gradually get more and more difficult. They will also build on one another over the 52 weeks.

Fitness: Like the nutrition, our fitness program is 52 weeks long, designed to gradually increase strength and endurance. After our initial consult, we will get you on the plan that is right for you!
